This is an excellent course and I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone that wants to learn the fundamentals of After Effects with no previous experience. This week the focus was on using masks and mattes as well as some bonus stuff around about Trim Paths and Repeaters. The focus of this lesson was around syncing animation to sound which is such a fundamental it's easy to overlook. So I learned a lot. This assignment required us to mask out the word Awesome.
